Lisa Gordon

Lisa, Co-Founder of Maison Forme, discovered Pilates during a personal wellness journey, and what began as a way to build strength quickly became a lifelong passion. Pilates transformed not only her body but also her mindset, helping her feel empowered, feminine, and supported through every phase of life. She loves that Pilates is accessible at any stage of a fitness journey, creating a space to connect the mind and body.
For the past decade, Lisa has built a reputation as a highly sought-after Pilates instructor in Palm Beach, known for her personalized approach to private training. Her dedication has helped clients transform their strength, posture, and overall wellness. Now, with the growth of West Palm Beach, Lisa, alongside her business partner Tamara, is thrilled to expand her practice with the opening of Maison Forme.
Lisa’s mission is to create a welcoming community where Pilates and wellness bring people of all levels and backgrounds together. She looks forward to sharing the practice that changed her life and helping clients feel empowered, connected, and ready to take on whatever life brings.

Tamara Soules
INSTRUCTOR
Tamara, Co-Founder of Maison Forme, discovered Pilates nine years ago while struggling with back pain from frequent work travel. Seeking relief, she joined her local studio in Jupiter, FL and quickly realized her passion for Pilates, ultimately leaving her corporate job to pursue a career in the fitness industry.
Since then, she’s become certified in both mat and reformer Pilates and has continued to expand her knowledge with certifications in Barre and Personal Training. Tamara’s approach to fitness is a blend of Pilates and strength-based workouts, creating dynamic, engaging sessions that leave her clients feeling stronger and more balanced!
Seeking a one-stop studio that offered a synergistic mix of yoga, strength training, and Pilates, Lisa and Tamara brought their vision to life with Maison Forme.

Carli Ferrugio
INSTRUCTOR
Carli’s journey with movement began at The Florida School for Dance Education, where she trained from early childhood through high school. Her passion for creative expression and discipline in movement led her to pursue Retail Entrepreneurship at Florida State University.
After returning to South Florida, Carli’s love for fitness remained strong. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she discovered Pilates—and instantly fell in love with its transformative power. Inspired to turn this passion into a career, Carli completed Lolita’s Legacy Teacher Training Program, studying under respected educators Danielle Armstrong, Laura Cordle, and Marian Llamas. She is certified in both mat and reformer Pilates.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find Carli taking class, spending time with her dogs, or soaking up the sunshine of beautiful South Florida.
Carli is excited to share her love of Pilates with others, helping each client feel stronger, more connected, and empowered to reach their personal goals.

Christa Eileen
INSTRUCTOR
Christa grew up in New York, where she developed a strong athletic foundation, excelling in soccer, lacrosse, tennis, and golf. She continued her passion for sports at Indiana University, where she studied Business and Kinesiology while competing as a student-athlete. After graduating, Christa gained valuable experience in operations within fast-paced startups and on Wall Street, working in New York, London, and Los Angeles.
Her true passion for fitness ignited when she discovered Pilates while recovering from a knee injury. This journey allowed her to appreciate the importance of proper form and alignment, as well as the uplifting sense of community found in group fitness classes. Christa began her career as a cycling instructor and has since become a certified personal trainer, as well as certified in both mat and reformer Pilates.
Three years ago, Christa relocated from New York City to West Palm Beach, where she instantly embraced the vibrant lifestyle and fitness scene of South Florida. She is dedicated to combining her knowledge of anatomy and movement with creative expression in her classes. Christa’s sessions focus on moving with intention, empowering clients both physically and mentally, all while having fun. She looks forward to welcoming you on the mat!

Charlotte Radice
INSTRUCTOR
From a young age, Charlotte discovered a passion for yoga and mindfulness that has only deepened over the years. In 2017, she completed her RYT 200-hour certification through Yoga Alliance and has been teaching and practicing ever since. Specializing in vinyasa and yoga sculpt, Charlotte emphasizes the mind-body connection and intentional movement in her classes. She loves to challenge herself and keep her practice dynamic.
When she’s not on the mat, you can find Charlotte styling, tending to her garden, experimenting with new recipes, or enjoying beach walks with her husband and their beloved black lab, Dutch. Charlotte creates a welcoming space for all levels to explore their practice and find joy in movement.

Cloe Mimun
INSTRUCTOR
Cloe is a lifelong resident of Palm Beach, Florida, where she grew up playing competitive volleyball and lacrosse. After an ACL tear, Cloe gained a fresh perspective on the importance of mental and physical well-being, prompting her to rethink how she nourished and moved her body.
Her dedication to collegiate sports led her to pursue a career in fitness, while her love for nutrition motivated her to earn a degree as a Nutrition Practitioner. Cloe built her practice around the desire to challenge herself and her clients while ensuring every experience is fun and engaging.
Cloe brings an infectious energy to every class, motivating participants to push themselves, have fun, and leave feeling stronger, happier, and sweatier each time.

Natalie Marrero
INSTRUCTOR
Natalie discovered yoga in high school as a way to move her body, calm her mind, and reconnect with herself — and what began as a curiosity quickly became a lifelong passion. Now a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), she specializes in Power Vinyasa and Yoga Sculpt, with a deep love for leading heated classes that push physical limits while promoting mental clarity and detoxification.
Her teaching style blends strength, breath, and intentionality — creating classes that challenge, ground, and empower students both on and off the mat. Natalie also has a deep love for meditation, breathwork, and exploring new ways to deepen the mind-body connection — both in her own practice and in the space she creates for others.
Outside the studio, you’ll find her recharging in nature, exploring new places, or getting creative with pottery — always seeking beauty, balance, and deeper connection in everything she does.

Lilly James
INSTRUCTOR
Lilly’s affinity for health and wellness began early on in life, as she grew up in an active family that prioritized nutritious food & athletics. She started to dream about becoming an instructor after falling in love with mat pilates through OG videos on YouTube. In high school, after moving from Seattle to West Palm Beach, she started practicing hot yoga daily, loving the way it refreshed her mind & body.
After teaching yoga for several years and graduating from college in 2022, Lilly decided to undergo Pilates teacher training through Basi Pilates. She enjoys finding creative ways to guide students through movement and mindfulness, and loves to focus on form, breathwork, and fostering an upbeat yet relaxing environment. Outside of teaching, Lilly enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time in nature, and hanging out with her husband & silly-goofy cavalier, Henry.

Shea DeRosa

Shea DeRosa is a highly experienced fitness trainer with nearly a decade in the industry, dedicated to helping clients achieve strength, mobility, and overall well-being. A former Division 1 collegiate volleyball athlete, Shea brings a deep understanding of athletic performance, injury prevention, and functional movement. Specializing in Classical Pilates and Pre & Postnatal fitness, Shea tailors training programs to support clients at every stage of their fitness journey, whether they’re looking to enhance core stability, rebuild strength, recover the body post-pregnancy, or improve overall body alignment.
Shea first started out teaching group fitness classes in 2017 and was immediately hooked to the vibe, the music, and a packed room filled with so much energy. An opportunity to connect and lead others through various forms of movement that challenge the body and mind while being her loud energetic self in class.
Passionate about empowering individuals and athletes through movement, Shea is committed to guiding clients toward sustainable, long-term health and improving the connection between mind and body.
